  • Lisa McMillen

    Lisa McMillen started her journey with the KinderCare family in the fall of 2003, as Assistant Director at the Glendale Heights location. She was quickly promoted to Center Director in the winter of 2005. She became the Center Director of the Elmhurst KinderCare in the fall of 2011. Lisa's professional accomplishments began in 1997 as a teacher’s aide while attending college. Once she earned her degree in Applied Science in Early Childhood Lisa became an on-site director for a before and after school program at the YMCA for about two years. She was also the preschool and kindergarten director of a day care in Northlake. Lisa comes with over 15 years of experience working with children and is, herself, a mother of three. Her focus is on providing quality programming and exceptional service to you and your children, leading a staff of dedicated teachers, and ensuring overall that your family is provided the highest quality of care and education.

  • DeAnna Sherpan

    DeAnna Started her career with KinderCare in the summer of 2008 as a PreKindergarten teacher. Over the years she has worked in many different classrooms as a lead teacher and in 2012 was promoted to a Learning Adventures Program Coordinator. Shortly after that she was given the opportunity to become an Assistant Director at the West Chicago KinderCare. In the Spring of 2015 she joined the Elmhurst KinderCare team and she is excited to work with this community of teachers in providing the best possible care for your children. .

  • Ms. Maureen

    Ms. Maureen graduated from UIC in 2008, with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. She also has spent some time teaching with special needs children. Ms. Maureen started with KinderCare in 2005 as a substitute teacher and through her years at KinderCare she has been a Lead Prekindergarten teacher, Learning Adventures Teacher and lastly she was the program specialist.

  • Ms. Richelle

    Ms. Richelle has been in the Education field since 2008. She started off as theTeacher at another Kindercare and has climbed up the ladder from there. She became a Lead  teacher in 2009 at the Elmhurst School. When she was looking at the postion for Learning Adventures  teacher she knew it embodied what she believed in which was always providing an education expereince for children! She started  at the Learning Adventure teacher in the summer of 2014 and has not looked back ever since!
